CEO and Seniors make fun of rival companies during team building, so if you strive for collaboration, search somewhere else. Hard to get a salary upgrade even when your experience grows. Noticed that many girls were not allowed to come back after pregnancy leaves. Not great with social pay (almost non-existent)

- everybody are extremely friendly and willing to help others - managers always help you solve problems - management is on your side - a lot of professionals to learn from - a lot of projects, if you het bored you can ask your manager to switch the project - good equipment

- some say that the salary is lower than average, but I can't say so - almost no benefits - health insurance since this year and that's it
