      Owner fires people with no notice. Old time Engineering/Development staff are very possessive of their respective areas. impossible for the company to grow under these conditions . Salaries are low vs industry.

      Pros

      Very tight knit family owned company. They have a 9-80 schedule, so you get every other Friday off, which is great!

      Cool products, good for self-starters as you get the freedom to innovate on great technology.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero growth both in responsibilities and in compensation. You can work there for years and see no increase in compensation. If you're not a professional, you could go 10, and I'm not joking.
