Cons
Surfside is a face-paced environment. Since the organization is relatively flat, every individual is expected to be accountable for their own projects and productivity. You have to stay organized and focused in order to keep up with the team here. People often mistake Surfside for a "cannabis company". While we do have a very large number of clients and capabilities focused in the cannabis sector, our technology is innovative across all advertising verticals. Those who think this is just another advertising platform for cannabis are severely underestimating what we have built from a consumer data media execution, and attribution perspective.
