Flexible hours, decent pay, work from home.

Shifts aren't guaranteed so it's very precarious work.

Lovely lovely people with similar interests. Great deal of flexibility if you needed it. Quite interesting work.

Very much chained to a desk, with few breaks and short lunches. Unreliable work. Could stop at a moment's notice. High pressure for little reward.
