Salary on time no delay

If you're fresher - OMG this is your first reaction you think this is the place I want, no Google microsoft can provide this type of culture but when you work for 1 year or 2 years than you realise they can't pay what you deserve...what they you give us termination letter worst place and too much poltics on top level mgt

- opportunity to learn new things - good place to work for freshers - Work-life balance is ok - can learn a lot, especially freshers - team outings & annual trips are fun

- go if you are a fresher - go if you don't have any other offers in hand, because the company hires employees left and right but once you become mid level they fire you because they can't pay you a higher salary. Instead, they will hire 2-3 juniors to do your job.
