Cons
I was unfairly held back with a two-month notice period instead of the standard one month. This delay caused me to lose a salary hike and bonus eligibility in my next organization. Salary hikes are non-existent, making it difficult for employees to feel valued or motivated. The HR department is highly unprofessional—HR leads never respond to calls, and HR representatives change every three months, creating confusion and a lack of accountability. The company has no internal projects and a very limited client base, which restricts professional growth and learning opportunities. No additional benefits like Diwali bonuses or other festive perks are provided, further diminishing employee satisfaction. No company email id created. No any web application where I can see my leave balance. They make miss use of remaining leave balance and put the number whatever they want.
