12 hours shifts can be hard on your feet when your wallet is so heavy from tips

- Surrounding location is beautiful - Customer behavior was overall favorable - Starting pay for little to no experience is great for the location - Really just an easy job with good work culture overall and diverse employees

- General manager would speak about my performance with other same-level employees & make insulting remarks which were related back to me multiple times - Neglected to communicate with me regarding virtually anything from scheduling to questions about my position and asking for ways I can improve for their standards - Silently fired me after just a short three weeks, cutting me from bare minimum part time to removing all time slots from my schedule in total and neglecting to answer any questions about it.
