Cons
Working at Sushi Hub was pretty disappointing. Even when tasks are all completed and the store is quiet, there is still pressure to appear busy, causing unnecessary stress and anxiety for employees. Creates a hostile atmosphere that negatively impacts morale and motivation The feeling of being constantly scrutinized without adequate guidance or constructive feedback makes it difficult to stick with the job for long term. Sushi Hub's management further exacerbated these issues. Management was frequently unprofessional and resorted to name calling and intimidation tactics rather than constructive leadership. Employees often felt undervalued, and management openly cursed and expressed dissatisfaction in front of customers and employees, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Rather than professionally resolving conflicts or issues, management often ignored employee concerns, leaving employees feeling unsupported and unheard. This lack of professional leadership contributed greatly to the high employee turnover and ongoing tense work environment.
