Well run, tough boss - Server/Waiter Sushi Station Employee Review

Love my locations owners, I am not busting my rear with cleaning tasks, easiest waitressing job I have ever had but the most lucrative as far as tips go (this could just be regional, I am not sure)

We are short staffed all of the time. I am not sure why so sometimes things get incredibly stressful because I am the only one on the floor serving, seating and busting and the place is completely full. Honestly though- I am not a fan of waitressing but I do it because it is the most lucrative thing I can do at the moment and this job is my favorite of all waitressing jobs I've had. I have worked at 5 restaurants in my life.

Co-workers are friendly Tips and minimum wage earned Staff is given free food at end of shift (sometimes) Customers are kind-hearted and often praise servers for their attentive service

Difficult to communicate effectively with management Server does multiple jobs Schedule often changes
