Pros
Great people to work with, supportive teams, interesting and varied work and great learning & development opportunities. I am encouraged to have the autonomy to try new things and utilise my skills to their full potential. I'm also actively encouraged to learn and develop continually. The people I work with are all friendly and I'm made to feel like an important and valued part of the business.
Cons
There is no onsite parking for non Management, but this is down to space at both offices. No other cons to mention.
