Collaboration, hard work, freedom and accountability are all values that we espouse and encourage, which is why we have employees that have been with us for over 3 years! Unfortunately, accountability doesn’t work well with every team member. Being willing to work with the team is imperative in our culture. Bonuses and raises are offered based on merit and the value provided to the company. This individual was our highest paid employee and after demonstrating early success received a significant raise after only 2 months of employment. Unfortunately, that success did not last as we had hoped. Nonetheless, we wish this individual all the best.
