Pros
SwagUp has some amazing people that you get to work with every day! Everyone is excited to work together on solving problems. The leadership team lets you be yourself and is really transparent.
Cons
I wouldn't consider this a con, but something to be aware of it that the company is a startup. If you want to have direct challenges you can impact and fix this is the perfect place. If you want more structure and be told what to do all the time this would not be a fit.
