There's nothing better than getting to work with a team that is so passionate about building an amazing product and everyone will go above and beyond to help one another. I also love that we're fully remote role but still maintain a fun culture. We have such a strong leadership team that promotes from within and truly supports career growth at all levels.

Growing pains are impossible to avoid in a fast-growing startup, but that's the beauty of SwagUp. Everyone is constantly looking to improve, and leadership encourages transparency, candor, and feedback from all team members.
