Love working with such a great bunch of people. Management lead well and are clear about future of the business. Exciting company to be part of as it is always growing and taking on new challenges. Feels like plenty of room for progression.

Swanky have a great culture and a knack for employing friendly, hardworking people who are always ready to help each other out. The work is varied and interesting. Certain times of year demand higher workloads (e.g. Q4 and Black Friday season), but management is understanding and supportive. There is opportunity to grow, develop and advance your career. It's a family friendly place to work with flexible work hours and ability to work remotely.

Salary is not necessarily the highest, and progression can be slow. But this is made up for by Swanky's flexibility, supportive environment and excellent work/life balance.
