Pros
It feels like a smaller company than it is, varied work, chances of progression/changing roles. great flexible student jobs available. They are very open to hiring young managers with little experience (if they prove worthy of course)
Cons
Growing pains, some of the processes are not very well optimised but they do try to continuously improve. The salaries are rather low compared with many other companies for the same position.
