      Nice benefits and great coworkers

      Cons

      - they do not pay in time, it has been more than 2 years now that management keeps lying to our faces on why the payments get delayed every month - they do not respect work/life balance and makes you work for several projects sometimes - IF they pay they pay only half of what they owe you - they do not value their employees and do not care about you as a person at all

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Sweatworks. The people that work there are great and it's unlike other companies. Despite being 100% remote and employees in many countries and states, there's a real feeling of being together. The work is interesting and I love the fitness industry in general.

      Cons

      Narrower focus on the fitness industry ties it to economic trends specific to that industry.
