Pros
Loads of opportunities to get hands on experience with spaceport development. Very open and collaborative environment within divisions. People at the company are amazing to work with and can quickly become best friends. Excellent work-life balance, lots of vacation and opportunities for activities and resources. Cons
Pay is really low, so people get easily poached by competitors quickly. This leaves too few people to spread the workload, and one person might end up having to pick up other responsibilities because nobody else is available. Work flows are not well defined because of rapid growth and high churn. The organization is spread so thin, it often feels like we are just barely able to make it to next month, with no capacity to think about next year.
