Pros

Cons

leadership is like a dictatorship, chaotic and unorganized, owner talks down to people, expects you to work insane hours all the time with little appriciation

Pros

Joined on a short-term contract after applying and being invited by Lisa to help speed up hiring. The interview process was fast, professional, and very transparent clear expectations and real feedback. Onboarding was smooth and well-organized, everything was clear from day one. The team is open, responsible, and easy to work with. People know what they’re doing and genuinely care about the product. Processes make sense and the team actively improves them instead. Modern tools, good tech, solid management, market-level compensation, and benefits in place. Overall, a very positive experience, I genuinely enjoyed working with this team and would recommend the company.

Cons

The contract was short and tied to a specific task. There wasn’t a long-term contractor role available at the time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate the positive notes on compensation, the product, and our visibility in the market — those are things we’re proud of. At the same time, we recognize that the feedback on challenges was quite brief, which makes it a bit harder to work with constructively. Still, we’d like to address what was raised. It’s true that we’re currently prioritizing growth and product development. If you're expecting the structure of a large, well-established company, we’re not there yet. We’ve recently launched training initiatives within our engineering team, but we don’t yet have the capacity to support every department equally. On the point of micromanagement — experiences can vary. We support and train our line managers, but management styles differ, and we can’t oversee every situation in real time. It’s an area we continue to monitor and improve. Thanks again for your input — we wish you all the best in your next role.
