Pros
Very warm atmosphere, they love the idea of the staff and employers being part of a "family" so everything is personal there. It's easy to get coverage. Great tips, pooled which is the fairest way in my opinion.
Cons
Can be a little cliquey sometimes. No benefits or real perks. No staff meal and the expensive menu is only 50% off, so basically we are forced to pay for food. If you only work for a few hours before being cut, a good portion of your tips could go to paying for food.
