Pros
4 years ago I started a career at Sweetwater at 26 yrs old with a wife and 2 kids. Sweetwater trained me on the job, gave me the tools I needed to be successful and left the rest up to me. The trust and autonomy here is real. Personally I had already given myself no option to fail.. I had a family to provide for.. So, after the training period ended, I hit the ground running. I did everything they trained me to do, made 100+ calls per day and worked as hard as I could! I went from a previous household income of around 50-60k/yr to a 6-figure income in my first year on solely the commission I earned. I can not only provide for my family now, but also keep my wife home with our now 3 small children with another one on the way! This place is fulfilling, fun, challenging and rewarding all at the same time.
Cons
The hours can be challenging at first, but that's retail/sales. Work hard and be patient, the hours get better with tenure and experience.
