I worked in a small team that was so awesome. I am sad to be leaving them. They are easily the best bunch of people I have worked with it.

I don't have any. My team was great.

Left alone to do work Very relaxed about everything 1 job a day

No pay structure across the team. New engineers coming in on way more money. They have less experience and cannot do the job. Management don’t have a clue. Never feel valued and under appreciated. Expect you to take on more work to not get a pay rise. Pay well below the average engineer. Employ managers that have never been on the tools and don’t understand the job his engineers do.
