Pros

Free lunch (though it’s after the lunch rush from the stand next door), Internal Secret Shopper program.

Cons

Management doesn’t care about keeping agreements with employees. They also want more than 40 hours of work completed inside 40 hours. HR puts out new handbook memos late on Friday’s. If you’re low level, they legitimately don’t care about how much work you have. Management also doesnt bother trying to understand how each employee fits in the big picture. They used to live by their company values, but now they’re a “big company” who just has pretty words on the wall like every other company.

Concept is simple, job could be simple.

Cons

-Rework "required hours" to make work life balance achievable for all members of managment. Just because we are salary does not mean we are slaves. -Benifits are expensive and not great. -Fear Based home office style of managment. Never sure who is going to lose their job next with no warning. -High turn over. 2 area directors, 2 curb manangers, multiple GMs and managers all within the 5 months I was there, all due to the management style of the president Jeff. -Jeff runs the business regardless of the their being a CEO. -Labor for the crew is expected to be at 4% meaning manangers are running multiple stations with only 1 other person. Burnout is real and they dont seem to understand that ticket times and guest satisfaction goes is horrible running at this labor and they dont want to hear any suggestions.
