Pros
As a field engineer i had a very time with the company as it give me great exposure to so many things the good, the bad, the ugly, and the rough as i had to meet with people of divers characteristics manage them and there by learning a whole lot from this individuals, they gives me room to plan my own work and to take charge of my actions which actually give me the mindset of becoming my own boss and ability of becoming a successful enterprenual or business man and the encouragement to study further for a better future.
Cons
The management should try its best in appreciating the staffs most especially the so called junior staff who are suffering on site with all effort to retained their customer with less of limited tools as most of the old and good hands they had are optioning out gradually.
