No growth. No salary raise. They don't pay well. I could hardly pay my rent even living on the outskirts of Lagos. And starving myself to save. To make things worse, they only accept a minimum of 2.1. And then offer you a meager salary. Making promises that there will be room for an upgrade after 6 months and regular training. It's a scam. Till I left, no salary raise for 3 years. I regretted ever working with them.
