Nepotism at it's worst - Anonymous employee Swift Response Employee Review

Unfortunately, the CEO appointed his son to an executive-level position with no prior experience other than a failed startup in an unrelated industry. While his son is incapable and fails at everything he touches for the business, the CEO praises his work as if he's excelling at his job. In reality, he's failing and in way over his head. In all reality, he would be fired from an entry-level position at a fast-food restaurant. I would avoid this company like I would avoid an abusive relatoinship. Because that is exactly how it feels to work there if you're not a "yes man." To everyone still there... Get out. It's not what it seems.
