Pros
Local driver got paid hourly so no rushing, liked feeling like it was a second home in the Montebello yard, good amount of freight
Cons
Ended my time there due to the ridiculous amount of high school drama certain drivers created. They did not remove the problem, some planners should do more training so the productivity can go up, not to mention bringing down empties when we need them.
