Pros
I worked in the shop. I had a great relationship with most of the other employees. There was a great deal of teamwork among most of us. We did what we could to get the trucks back on the road as soon as possible
Cons
It's not what you know, it's who you know. There can be direct policy violations but unless you are buddy buddy with the right people this Knight merger will have you looking for a new job. You can expect to be bullied right out of a job and management will do nothing to help you because they are in on it too. I was laid off with others within 9 months of being hired.
