Cons
I left Swift during my refresher coarse because my safety coordinator in memhis,Tennessee will let anybody be a mentor.Safety is preached over and over during orientation but as soon as you get in the truck with your mentor you soon realize that the mentors doesn't comply by the rules.I went with one mentor that his telescopic steering wheel was broke and would move up and down as I drove down the road.The other mentor had me sleeping on top bunk which I tried to deal with until she kept slamming on her air brakes and making me almost fall out of my top bunk.Swift got upset with me because I wasn't going to just jump back in the truck with thieir crazy mentors.
