Pros
Training and the trainers at salt lake terminal was great. If you are lazy and dont want to work that often its great! You will have plenty of free time to yourself waiting on loads. Not paid of course.
Cons
Maintenance when needed is terrible. They never have the parts or they make you wait days just to get in. safety department is a complete joke. They know everything from watching a video and have no driving experience. Good luck on having a good driving score. If you have a low score then take home time, it goes through the roof! This makes you unable to obtain any of the bonuses until you drive long enough for your safety score to come down. Oh, and i complained that i was basically being punished for going home and they did not care at all. Pay is a joke. Your lucky if you take home $1,200 after everything is said and done. Don't take my word for it, ask a swift driver.
