Pros

Formerly a great place to work. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills. Good socks, with great sock budget annually. Flexible schedule if you work from home.

Cons

Management is completely out of touch with regular employees and has no idea how the day-to-day is being run. Safety is a priority. Sometimes. When it's convenient. Negative, almost hostile work environment. Very little diversity in the team. Wonky technology. (the systems are okay when they work, but often unreliable.) Everything is your fault, unless you are a new employee, in which case you will hear about how other employees are terrible from upper management. Not set up for success. No work life balance. (Expect calls when you are on pto and after hours.) And no respect for your time when you are working. No loyalty to employees. Product quality is going downhill. It's hard to be proud of working for this company anymore. No promotions. Management hires externally. Very little attention to detail, or seeming professional even in communication with external customers. Collaboration is actively discouraged, even within your department.

Pros

Benefits are top tier. Get a lot of freebies (snacks, food, clothes, etc). Flexible schedule.

Cons

Toxic and hostile work environment. Sleep your way to the top. Unethical and ignorant managers (sleep around with several employees, retaliation tactics, lazy, unqualified).
