Pros
Other Pool Managing Guards were easy to communicate with, and easy to work with. Easy to get training certifications.
Cons
Upper Management was grossly negligent. They didn't fire employees who committed misconduct and were reported multiple times by multiple patrons and staff. This includes but is not limited to employees being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, pushing kids into the pool, intentionally misusing pool chemicals, commenting on the appearance of patrons in an inappropriate fashion, and not paying attention to primary lifeguarding responsibilities. Company also provided terrible hourly wages when compared to similar jobs. Managers on Duty are paid below what other lifeguarding companies or local pools offer their guards and managers. Upper management is terrible with communication when dealing with deficiencies in supplies of first aid equipment, chemicals, and fixing of chlorine pumps. Company culture does not value nor reward hard work, focus, and enforcing rules at pools.
