Once a company that ruled, sadly not at the front of SOAR now - Vice President/Senior Account Executive Swimlane Employee Review

It’s a fire 🔥 hire start-up with 0% loyalty to any of the original staff. New management came in and think they can do whatever they please, consequently treating people very badly. Difficult communications and politics throughout, leadership and lack of ‘duty of care’ in every sense of the word. No respect or tact to handle situations accordingly or learning from Management’s own mistakes, consistently pointing blame on others especially at ‘Sales people’ first and foremost. Always called out in doing wrong but with very little accountability themselves. Management tend to put themselves first before the people the matter most or team, it’s not a a two way thing in this rather toxic environment. Platform is slightly over complicated and takes way too long to get up to speed with knowing how it functions.
