Not a lot of room for growth - Estimating Coordinator Swinerton Employee Review

Not a lot of room for growth within the position. Onboarding can be a little overwhelming. Too many meetings. Inconsistent communication within the team and non-responsive managers. Too many 'chef's in the kitchen at times. Somewhat of a toxic work environment with young people in new "manager" positions who need to invest in enhancing their "soft skills". Too much micromanaging, not enough trust. Can be difficult to fit in with the group at first, very high expectations within the first 90 days to hit all the marks. Not a lot of positive feedback for a job well done. Very fast paced environment, get ready to hit the ground running. Starting salary is not very competitive with the market. Be ready to drive over 25 miles one-way multiple times during the year for all-hands company meetings.
