      Pros

      When work is available it is usually full time with overtime included.

      Cons

      There are very few people of color in positions of power, most people of color if any get fired quickly(replaced), and are given the lowest jobs in the company. Training is minimum and politics plays a big issue within the company. If you are a person of color beware.
