      Pros

      Good company to work for. Benefits are decent. You always have access to upper management when needed.

      Cons

      Extremely customer centric. When a customer wants something that costs the company money, it is given. The thought process is to retain the customer, but operating at a loss to ensure the customer remains with the company is a poor business model.

      - Friendly office environment, no drama. - Professional, clean office setting. - This company is booming in growth. - Executives and Owner are super nice and real. Great company, but regretfully had to leave due to personal reasons.

      Cons

      - The work/life balance didn't fit my life style. I have family of 3 with constant things going on in life family related. It was brought to my attention on my phone usage was too high. What am I.... in High School gossiping to my friends about cheese daily?? Get real.
