DO NOT WORK HERE!!! - Sales Executive Switch My Business Employee Review

I love coming to work! I don't personally work in a sales role but for a sales company, the environment is really relaxed and pleasant. The business is growing and such, actively looking for ways to improve staff benefits and flexibility, they really care about their staff here. The senior management are great and there are no toxic attitudes of hierarchy, they have an open attitude to creating new opportunities and ways for staff to be involved in the business and develop themselves . The sales team also have five stars on Trustpilot for a good reason, it's nice to work for a business that looks after it's customers too. It's the nicest place I've ever worked!

There really aren't any, maybe some of the usual things about being in a small business but I've no doubt that would change.

Positive workplace with excellent management where hard work is rewarded and celebrated. No cold calling, all customers are warm. Management take the time to get to know you as a person rather than just another employee. The office is a close family environment where everyone cares about each other and motivates each other to do well, get promoted, and make money! I currently do a long commute because I genuinely don't want to work anywhere else, its nice that management are so accommodating and understating of train times!

Office needs updating and modernising. Cannot think of anything else!
