      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Culture that discourages honest feedback. Leadership structure is rigid and a clique. Burnout is normalized Benefits and support do not match the demands of the job Field promotions since everyone you know will be fired or quit. You will get a promotion but the pay is peanuts compared to what the job entails no matter the role.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional, disrespectful, and takes advantage of good workers. Clients get to constantly disregard rules without serious consequences. Gossipy staff. Unprofessional work ethics.
