      Pros

      Family owned, relaxed culture, fun company outings, HRA accounts (didn't have to pay for anything toward my health care deductible in my 2 years), some good management, ownership eager and willing to invest money back into the business, quarterly bonuses. If you're looking for a steady job for the next 5+ years this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      higher turnover rate than most companies, will often hire temps that don't quite know what they're doing as stopgaps which requires constant training and attention, pay rates below market average for title and related work experience, not much room for career growth

      Pros

      Being a part of a growing company. Having your voice heard and being able to affect change. The people are amazing. The owners have an open door and open ear policy which allows for great collaboration. The location is perfect. The production area facility upgrades allow for better work conditions and generate excitement about what will be next. So glad to be a part of the next generation of Switzer.

      Cons

      No hot/cold filtrated water dispenser. Decor needs to be refreshed.
