Cons
CEO is highly manipulative never believe anything he says he claims himself to be the smartest in every field but whenever you seek any help from him he will ignore you. No appreciation. No perks. All the older employees here are from when they were freshers so very less exposure and has not much of experience so knowledge is not that much they are just comfortable with less workload no need of quality work. If any knowledgeable developer joins the company as there is very less scope for growth they leave in year or 2. Show always that you are working even if you don't have work just show you are very busy in work or else they will throw random work on you till you make mistakes.
