- So many cons, firstly management.. what management you have someone who has 0 marketing qualifications acting as a manager and anytime you speak to them they don't even look at you in the eye or are playing on their phone. - Directors, very unproffesional.. they think they're kings and don't give you the light of day and encourage a highly stressful environment - Work: Says marketing but you're given no freedom of ideas and stick to their outdated business model when it was run like a small retail store. - They fire people without care, the amount of people I saw get fired was baffeling.
