Commute...getting stuck in traffic, bart delays...that sucks for any and everyone! Especially coming from the bay area.

Technical team is great and you'll learn a lot.

CEO is disconnected with the technology and lacks a sense of direction. Makes unreasonable requests of the scientists and gets defensive when people try to explain the limitations of the technology and her "vision". Don't expect this company to last much longer.
