We are at the cutting-edge of the automation game! The technology we use is so incredible to work in/with. It's amazing to watch and learn how our entire process works from case induction to pallet outfeed. We truly are leaders in the industry!
Cons
Cons are more challenges than negatives. It is a challenge learning all facets of the operation; especially as a System Engineer. Troubleshooting in an effective and timely fashion has a large learning curve, but being on task and dedicated will make that curve diminish very quickly with the wonderful help of our support structure online through T2, T3 and T4! Would also like to see maybe a quarterly visit from an HR representative just to be on-site to answer any/all questions and to keep everyone up to date on all that is happening that might be missed through an email or Teams chat.
