      Not necessarily a con but (IMO) you must be open to change and willing to participate.

      Pros

      Employees are given the ability to seek out and implement improvments across all facets of the company, products, and processes! A fun culture where employee contributions are recognized and rewarded. Senior leadership is extraordinary, supportive, and brings out the best in the teams they lead.

      Cons

      Some processes and tools could be improved but it is great to see that the company is dedicated to bringing on additional resources and tools to support our clients and our internal teams.
