      Pros

      Scheduling is flexible, management is reasonable, and they have apparently have improved their shift trade system.

      Cons

      I don't really like the patrons there, I don't like the colleagues I work with, and the pay is barely above minimum wage.

      Such an amazing opportunity to learn about literature, emerging talent, and event coordination. Staff members are extremely kind and always willing to help and answer questions!

      - Great arts programs and can easily see events for free - Opportunity to connect with other arts administrators

      Cons

      - Everyone is overworked with very little pay - Upper management has been known to mistreat staff - Big communication gap
