Easy going atmosphere with nice people....everyone gets along really well....nice work/life balance for a tech company....the work is challenging but interesting.

Really interesting and varied work. It feels good to be working on a product that can help enhance people's safety and maybe even save lives. Well stocked kitchen. Company lunch at least once a month. Up-to-date equipment/furniture. Casual environment -- everyone, including the CEO, is on a first-name basis. Great work/life balance. Flexible schedule (occasional work from home is allowed). Parking is right across the street and paid for by the company.

Very small size and flat org structure means zero growth opportunities. Office temperature is inconsistent and the HVAC system is loud. Project priorities change unexpectedly.
