Pros
1) I developed many new and deep technical skills, I got to do projects from scratch
2) excellent compensation
3) flexible work hours
4) I have the peace of mind to know that if someone in my family is sick then I can simply message my team/HR that I will catch up on work later
5) it’s nice to get flowers on my birthday, and gifts on work anniversary. none of my previous employers did that .

HR can be more careful while hiring in India as it’s difficult to find professional candidates there and if we hire wrong ones then they spoil the company culture
