Great management who doesn't micro manage and as long as you are doing your job duties will not bother you with nonsense. Very flexible and understanding management who will not let you put yourself at risk if there is a bad storm outside and will not nickle and dime if you need to go to a doctor appointment. Good salary and good benefits. Very family like vibes from most of the employees. At least once a month we have a shared lunch either paid by management or each one bring something. Great Christmas parties!

It's a relatively small company so it takes time to get promoted within the company. It takes some time to get into speed and really understand how things are working but once you "get it" the job becomes way easier as you don't need to ask what to do in each case.
