Before joining Syndell, I had already worked at a few other companies, so I could genuinely notice the difference here. Communication is much more clear and organized — you usually know what’s expected from you and how things are planned, which avoids unnecessary confusion. The work itself is engaging enough that your routine doesn’t start feeling repetitive. I also appreciate the work culture here. There are regular team activities and small events that keep the environment light and help everyone bond outside daily tasks. People are approachable, and even during difficult work situations you can always reach out to someone for help instead of handling everything alone. I’d definitely recommend Syndell to someone looking for a workplace with a positive environment and good learning exposure.
