Pros
The company culture is very people oriented and supportive of employees and their families. While profitability is important, it isn’t the most important factor in decisions. Doing the right thing for customers, for partners or for employees seems to be most important.
Cons
There are opportunities for advancement, but not as many as you would see at a large company. This is partially due to the fact that so many people come and stay, so vacancies and openings aren’t frequent.
