Great company culture across the DMV - ServiceNow Developer Synergy ECP Employee Review

I have been with SynergyECP since my previous company was acquired by them early last year. Naturally, I was a bit apprehensive about the transition, but the experience has been incredibly positive. SynergyECP truly stands out because they genuinely care about their employees. Leadership puts real time and effort into listening to employee feedback, and more importantly, they actually take action to make things better. It is refreshing to work for a company that values open communication and continuously strives to improve the employee experience. I have nothing but great things to say about my time here and highly recommend them as an employer.

On the constructive side, being a deployed resource at a government facility while the company is headquartered in Maryland means day-to-day face time with leadership is limited. They do put effort into trying to keep everyone connected, but the physical distance is noticeable.

This is a good place to work; the people are very nice, and upper management is very supportive and care about the employees.

I wish they had more benefits for the part time employees. Also, when they are having after hours events be mindful of the employees that have to work.
